SINGAPORE (Oct 28): Roxy-Pacific saw 3Q earnings tumble 39% to $8.1 million from a year ago as cost of sales outstripped revenue growth.

Revenue increased 4% to $90.9 million mainly from the Property Development segment which rose 5% to $76.2 million on revenue recognition from Trilive, LIV on Sophia and LIV on Wilkie.

Revenue from Hotel Ownership fell 2% to $11.5 million while revenue from Property Investment fell 0.4% to $3.2 million respectively.
