Secura unit Soverus signs MoU with Union of Security Employees

SINGAPORE (June 13): Soverus Group, the subsidiary belonging to Secura Group, the provider of security products, services and solutions, has signed an MoU with the Union of Security Employees (USE) to co-develop a Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for specialised career tracks within Soverus.

Under the MoU, Soverus’ PWM will focus on the identification of the skills and knowledge requirements for each rank, establish a minimum basic wage point for each rank and identify the progressive occupations within each specialised tracks.

Meanwhile, the unit has also signed another agreement with the union to follow guidelines pertaining to the employment of security officers. These include employment terms, welfare benefits, and competitive salaries equivalent to top 10% of similar job-holders in the security industry.
