Sen Yue to acquire property for $7.3 mil

SINGAPORE (Jan 17): Sen Yue Holdings has been granted an option to purchase a property at 3 Jalan Pesawat for $7.25 million.

The option was granted by World Logistics after Sen Yue paid an option fee of $72,500 or 1% of the total sale consideration.

The property has a gross floor area of 10,940 sq m, with three blocks of single-storey warehouses and a two-storey block of offices.
