Serrano CEO declared bankrupt, steps down from post

SINGAPORE (Dec 16): Chia Wing Keong has stepped down from his appointment the CEO and executive director of Serrano, after being declared bankrupt by the court.

No replacement CEO has been announced by Serrano.

A filing by the interior design contractor said that the bankruptcy order was made against Chia after a hearing on Thursday. The proceedings were initiated by Bank of East Asia.
