SINGAPORE (July 13): Sim Lian Group says its Treasure Crest executive condominium (EC) was 2.1 times subscribed, after it received 1,077 e-applications for its 503 units over the 10 day e-application period ending July 10.

The larger three-bedroom premium and four-bedroom units were more popular among the potential homebuyers, 48% of them were first time buyers, while the rest were HDB upgraders.

Treasure Chest is located at Sengkang New Town, a short walk away from Cheng Lim LRT Station, Sengkang MRT Station and the Sengkang Bus Interchange. It also has connections to Tampines Expressway, which links to the Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway, the Central Expressway and the Seletar Expressway.
