Sitra Holdings incorporates JV company for agricultural products distribution

SINGAPORE (Oct 18): Sitra Holdings, the manufacturer of wood-based furniture, announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, E-Timberhub in Singapore and Abhi Manggala Sentosa in Indonesia have incorporated a joint venture (JV) company, Abhi Manggala Sentosa in Singapore.

The JV will supply agricultural products primarily to the Indonesian market.

The JV has an initial paid-up capital of $200, with E-Timberhub and Abhi Manggala Sentosa holding 24% and 76% stakes resepectively.
