SINGAPORE (Sept 26): Soilbuild Construction won two new contracts worth $13.07 million from SB (Westcove) Investment and SB (Westpoint) Investment.

The Westcove contract calls for the building of three units of two-storey detached dwellings with basement and attic at 28 Wilkinson Road for $7.65 million while the one from Westpoint is for the building of two units of two-storey detached dwellings with basement and attic at 40 Wilkinson Road for $5.42 million.

The contracts will start in the last quarter of 2016 and are expected to be completed within 19 months. They are not expected to have a material impact on earnings per share and the consolidated net tangible assets for the current financial year 2016.
