SINGAPORE (June 1): Here are some stocks to follow this Wednesday morning:

Straits Trading Company's subsidiary, Straits Real Estate, has agreed to acquire three residential buildings located in Central Osaka for 6.2 billion yen ($76.8 million) from Osaka-based developer Chinju Co. Shares of Straits Trading closed 0.5% lower at $2.02.

Frasers Hospitality, a division of real estate developer Frasers Centrepoint, said it is on track to meet its target of 30,000 units with 48 new properties to open in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa by 2019. Frasers Centrepoint shares closed 0.5% higher at $2.02.
