SINGAPORE (Oct 4): UOL’s 50-50 joint venture company with UIC, United Venture Investments, has acquired a freehold 9-storey property at 120 Holborn in London for GBP 229.6 million ($403.3 million).

The mixed used development in Farringdon sits on a 133,256 sq ft land plot and is within walking distance to Chancery Lane Tube Station, Farringdon Tube Station interchange and the upcoming Cross Rail. It comprises 197,226 sq ft of office space and 151,862 sq ft of retail space.
