SINGAPORE (Aug 31): Viva Industrial Trust (VIT), the business park and industrial property trust, said it has secured committed leases for more than 90% of the total “white” space at Viva Business Park (VBP) in Chai Chee.

According to its filing on Tuesday night, there is now a total of 21 tenants offering Sports and Fitness (S&F), F&B and family-oriented amenities at VBP.

VIT’s manager said it managed to secure a “leading household name with a showroom/retail chain in Singapore” as its anchor tenant. The anchor tenant is taking up the remaining “white” space of 38,000 sf on the ground floor and second floor of 750B, and will unveil a new “consumer experience” at VBP early next year.
