SINGAPORE (Sept 9): OCBC Investment Research is keeping Yoma Strategic Holdings on “hold” but raising its fair value estimate to 54 cents, from 49 cents previously.

This comes after Yoma Strategic on Thursday announced that wholly-owned subsidiary Convenience Prosperity Company Limited (CPCL) has been appointed as the exclusive distributor for J C Bamford Excavators Limited (JCB) in Myanmar.

“The construction industry represents one of the most attractive sectors for investment in Myanmar ahead,” says OCBC lead analyst Eli Lee in a Friday report.
