ZICO unit approved as accredited issue manager & full sponsor

SINGAPORE (Aug 10): ZICO Capital, a subsidiary of ZICO Holdings Inc. (ZICO), has been approved as an accredited issue manager and a full sponsor by the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Status as an accredited issue manager will enable ZICO Capital to advise companies on Mainboard or Catalist listings, as well as in respect of general takeovers, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, delistings and other corporate exercises.

Through its approval as a full sponsor, ZICO Capital can also offer continuing sponsorship services to Catalist-listed companies by supervision and guidance in their continuing listing obligations.
