SINGAPORE (June 8): Boustead Projects E&C, a subsidiary of Boustead Projects, has won a design-and-build contract from Veolia ES Singapore Industrial for a hazardous chemical waste treatment facility in Tuas.

The facility will include an office building and a laboratory. The office building is earmarked to achieve the highest eco-sustainable Green Mark Platinum rating under the Building & Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Programme.

Although Boustead Projects did not reveal the value of the contract, the latest win will raise Boustead Projects’ order book backlog to $170 million.
