Cambridge Industrial Trust’s manager appoints Adrian Chui as new CEO

SINGAPORE (March 24): Cambridge Industrial Trust Management (CITM), the manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust (CIT), has appointed Adrian Chui as CEO and executive director with effect from today.

In a Friday filing to the SGX, CITM says Shane Hagan, who served in the position as the acting CEO since Philip Levinson’s resignation in Nov 2016, will now revert to his original role of COO and CFO of the REIT’s manager.

Chui joins the manager from Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), where he most recently ran both the South East Asia real estate advisory and the Singapore corporate banking divisions. Prior to SCB, Chui held a number of senior appointments in banks and financial institutions in Singapore, including UBS Investment Bank Singapore and Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Securities.
