Darco Water inks MOU with CPG Vietnam for collaboration
SINGAPORE (June 24): Darco Water Technologies has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CPG Vietnam to expand business opportunities by participating in tenders and cooperating with each other in their respective specialised fields.

SINGAPORE (June 24): Darco Water Technologies has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CPG Vietnam to expand business opportunities by participating in tenders and cooperating with each other in their respective specialised fields.

CPG Vietnam is a consulting and management services provider for the infrastructure and building industry. It is equipped with competitive edges in providing a complete spectrum of professional consultancy services in infrastructure projects (master planning, transport, water/wastewater treatment) and building projects for various sectors such as aviation, healthcare, education, residential.

On the other hand, Darco Water specialises in providing water/wastewater treatment solutions.

Through their collaboration, both parties seek to enhance knowledge and capability in the areas of project management, facilities management, architectural design, structure, mechanical and electrical engineering.

The group is also aiming to enhance its competitiveness in securing projects in Vietnam by leveraging on CPG’s expertise and network in Vietnam.

Wang Yao Yu, chairman of Darco Water, says, “Vietnam is one of the fastest growing economies and we have always intended to deepen our penetration in Vietnam. We believe that the collaboration with CPG will open doors for more business opportunities to the Group in Vietnam. Moving ahead, we remain committed to improve the Group’s profitability and maximize the shareholder value.”

Shares in Darco Water closed flat at 31 cents on Monday.
