DBS buys 675,000 units in CLINT for $0.7 mil

DBS Bank has bought 675,000 units in CapitaLand India Trust CY6U

(CLINT) for $0.7 million, or $1.06 per unit. 

The shares were bought via the market on Nov 20. 

Following the transaction, DBS’ stake in CLINT came up at 0.443%. 

For the 4QFY2024 ended September, CLINT reported a total property income of INR4.3 billion ($68.8 million), 14% higher y-o-y. This y-o-y growth was due to higher income from existing properties. 

Units in CLINT closed 2 cents higher, or up 1.89%, at $1.08 on Nov 25.
