Dr Loo Choon Yong, executive chairman and a substantial shareholder of Raffles Medical Group BSL , has acquired 900,000 shares in the company for $918,000 or $1.02 apiece.
The shares were bought via the market on May 31.
Following this, Loo’s total stake in the company has risen to 54.336% from 54.287% previously.
Shares in Raffles Medical Group closed 1 cent lower or 0.98% down at $1.01 on June 3.
