Credit Bureau Asia has posted FY2023 earnings of $9.84 million, 17.1% higher compared to the $8.4 million recorded in FY2022.

Revenue grew 11.4% y-o-y to $54.17 million from $48.6 million.

Earnings per share stood at 4.27 cents, compared to 3.65 cents in FY2022.

As at end December 2023, cash and cash equivalents stood at $51.8 million.

The board is recommending a final dividend of 2 cents per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend payout for FY2023 to 3.7 cents per ordinary share.

The company is continuing to explore acquiring growing businesses in the region to expand its profit.

Shares in Credit Bureau Asia TCU

closed 1 cent higher or 1% up on Feb 23 to 92 cents.
