SINGAPORE (March 1): Land transport provider Poh Tiong Choon Logistics saw a 4% fall in 4Q earnings to $3.72 million from the previous year.
This brings FY16 earnings to $13.9 million, 11% compared to a year ago.
For the three months ended Dec, quarterly revenue dropped 16% to $33.5 million from a year ago led by the decrease in volume handled by the Transportation and Bulk Cargo divisions. Revenue for the full-year earnings fell a smaller 11% to $138.9 million for the similar reason.
Poh Tiong Choon posted earnings per share of 1.75 cents, a loss from 1.81 cents in the previous year.
Shares of Poh Tiong Choon closed 1 cent lower at $1.38 on Wednesday.
