The Agrimor platform by Malaysia-based Aerodyne allows independent farmers and agriculture service providers to use drones for agriculture seeding, spraying, plant analysis, and mapping, which can help increase crop yields by as much as 67%.
Users in Malaysia and Indonesia are leveraging Agrimor to rapidly identify crop issues like under-irrigation or disease, and deploy fertilisers or pesticides more efficiently to save resources and ultimately drive food security and farmland profitability.

Agrimor is powered by Aerodyne’s Dronos, an end-to-end drone service platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Besides agriculture companies, Dronos can help telecommunications, surveillance, logistics and energy industries onboard, analyse, and make sense of drone data to optimise operations, drive efficiencies and conduct aerial inspections.
Aerodyne is looking to experiment with AWS’s generative AI capabilities to build a large language model that can help companies better plan drone flights and visualise close to one petabyte of drone data. This includes insights from digital twins, which combine images of physical assets and environmental data in real time. As such, mobile phone operators can use the Dronos platform to carry out more timely preventive maintenance using fewer workers under safer conditions, without having to shut down cellular towers and interrupt service.
