ecoWise disposes 15% stake in Chongqing JVCo.

SINGAPORE (March 15): ecoWise Holdings is disposing its 15% equity interest in JVCo. Chongqing Zhongtian Electronic Waste Management Co. (CZEW) for RMB5 million ($1 million).

The purchaser is JV partner Zhongtian Environment Protection Industrial Group Co. which holds the other 85% equity interest in CZEW.

ecoWise will record a the net loss of $16,393 from the disposal.
