SINGAPORE (April 3): Ezra Holdings announced it will be convening an informal meeting with the noteholders on April 17 from 7.00pm to 9.00pm to update them on the company’s current position and provide further information following the group's filing of voluntary petitions for reorganisation under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

In a filing on Monday night, Ezra says the company’s management will be present at the informal meeting. Representatives from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) have also been invited to the informal meeting as moderators for the dialogue session.
