SINGAPORE (June 13): Frasers Hospitality has announced the opening of Capri by Fraser Berlin, a 143-unit hotel residence located in Scharrenstraße, Berlin, Germany.

This marks the wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint (FCL)’s seventh Capri-branded property globally as well as the second in Germany – bringing its global portfolio, including those in the pipeline, to 148 properties in more than 80 cities with over 23,600 keys worldwide.

In a press release on Monday, Frasers Hospitality says it continues to meet the demands of its targeted market, millennial travellers, with the latest expansion’s design concept – which “taps into a plethora of historical influences in the creation of modern, stylish and urban living spaces”.
