SINGAPORE (Jan 31): Global Invacom today announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Invacom Japan Kabushiki Kaihsa, for 10 million yen ($120,000).

In a Wednesday release, the satellite communications equipment provider says Global Invacom Japan will be a key driver of its business opportunities in Asia and Australasia.

This will be accomplished through providing market support, customer service, and other consulting services related to corporate brand development for the group’s Malaysian operation to support revenue from new territories.
