GLP signs new lease agreement with existing customer in Southern Brazil

SINGAPORE (June 29): Global Logistic Properties, the provider of modern logistics facilities in China, Japan and Brazil, has signed a new lease agreement for 11,000 sq m (118,000 sq ft) with its existing client, YAPP Automotive Systems, in Southern Brazil.

YAPP is a Chinese state-owned auto parts manufacturer which presently leases with GLP in China.

The latest agreement marks its maiden expansion into Brazil.
