SINGAPORE (Jan 15): CNMC Goldmine Holdings is seeking a dual primary listing on the Mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK).

In an SGX filing on Monday, the group says that having a primary listing in both Singapore and Hong Kong will provide it with ready access to different equity markets in the Asia Pacific region.

The group also believes that the dual listing will also increase its market visibility, potentially widening its investor base and enabling it to benefit from exposure to a wider range of private and institutional investors.
