SGX issues Trek 2000 notice of compliance, objects to appointments of Tan and Foo

SINGAPORE (Apr 27): Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) on Thursday issued Trek 2000 International a notice of compliance objecting to the appointment of two top management executives in the company.

They are founder CEO and chairman Henn Tan and Foo Kok Wah, president of operations, sales and customised solutions division.

SGX RegCo has also asked the company to hold an EGM to vote on Tan and Foo’s suitability to continue their appointments as executive officer and director.
