SINGAPORE (Sept 25): Engineering solutions provider Koh Brothers Eco Engineering announced its subsidiary, Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Contractor (KBCE), has been awarded a $255.4 million contract by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for the construction of Circle Line 6 (CCL6).

The 4-km stretch of CCL6 will “close the loop” for the Circle Line by connecting HarbourFront and Marina Bay Stations with three CCL6 stations, namely: Keppel, Cantonment, and Prince Edward.

In a Monday filing, the group explains that KBCE’s scope of work will involve all civil, structural, architectural, electrical & mechanical, and system works relating to the construction of cut-and-cover tunnels and other structures from the east of the upcoming Prince Edward Station, to the existing Marina Bay Station.
