SINGAPORE (Feb 22): AEM Holdings is fully acquiring IRIS Solution, a Singapore-incorporated advanced machine vision solutions provider, for $1.5 million.

This is to be paid over five tranches, and represents an acquisition multiple of 3.6 times on a P/E basis, and 2.9 times on an EV/EBITDA basis, according to the group.

The first $0.5 million is payable once the acquisition is completed, with the remaining four tranches of $0.25 million each payable on the completion’s anniversary over the next four years.
