SINGAPORE (Feb 1): Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments is making a move to acquire IPC Corporation to enlarge its property development business.

APSI on Monday entered into a conditional letter of offer to acquire shares in IPC from existing shareholders.

They are asset trader Oei Hong Leong and Chairman and CEO Patrick Ngiam Mia Je, managing director Benjamin Ngiam, executive directors Alfred Ngiam and Lauw Hui Kian as well as Essex Investments (S) and their nominees.
