JV partner Diamond Avenue turns into acquisition target for Soo Kee

SINGAPORE (Jan 17): Soo Kee Group's subsidiary Love & Co. International has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Diamond Avenue Investments for $17,955.

This comes after Love & Co. terminated the July 19 MOU agreement to form a China JV with Global Crown Group Holding and Diamond Avenue.

Soo Kee says the proposed acquisition will enable the group to proceed with its plans to capitalise on the growth opportunities presented by China's growing bridal jewellery market, one of the world’s largest consumer markets.
