SINGAPORE (Sept 10): Neo Group is acquiring a 51% stake in Ye Liang How Catering Service or How’s Catering for $4.4 million.

The existing owners is retaining the remaining 49% stake.

Founded in 1991, How’s Catering is an established food caterer that focuses on corporate clientele.
