OKP jointly acquires freehold office complex in Perth for $45.2 mil

SINGAPORE (Feb 7): OKP Holdings, the infrastructure and civil engineering group, has acquired its first overseas property in Australia.

It is a freehold office complex located at 6-8 Bennett Street in Perth for A$43.5 million ($45.2 million).

The group acquired the property through Bennett WA Investment which is owned by Raffles Prestige Capital (RPC).
