SINGAPORE (July 5): Malaysia’s former premier Najib Razak appeared in Malaysia High Court on Wednesday following his arrest on July 3.

He faces a total of four charges of corruption and criminal breach of trust in connection with the scandal ridden state investment fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Three of his charges for criminal breach of trust were contained in a single charge sheet.
