Singapore Airlines (SIA) has updated and upsized its multicurrency medium term note programme to $10 billion from $5 billion.
Under the programme, SIA may issue notes in bearer form or registered form and in series or tranches denominated in SGD, USD, Euros, or any other currency agreed between SIA and relevant dealers.
SIA says the net proceeds arising from each issue of notes will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes.
Shares in SIA closed 4 cents higher or 1.0% up at $3.87 cents on Nov 16.
