HRnetGroup’s subsidiary RecruitFirst (Taiwan) (RFT) has received the license of Profit Private Employment Service Agency from the Labor Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City government.
The license allows the company to perform domestic and international employment services within the ambits of relevant rules.
An additional $1 million of share capital has already been injected by HRnetGroup and its respective co-owners to fund RFT’s increased working capital requirements as well as its branches in Taipei and Kaohsiung.
“HRnetGroup has the largest consulting force of more than 150 people in Taipei. It is a natural progression for us to extend our product offerings and services to clients in such a city like Kaohsiung that has high potential for growth. We will continue to invest strongly in growth,” says its founding chairman Sim Yong Siang.
HRnetGroup first announced the successful registration of the Kaohsiung branch of RFT on Aug 15. The subsidiary was incorporated in Singapore on March 20, 2019 with its first branch registered in Taipei on June 13, 2019.
Shares in HRnetGroup closed flat on Dec 28 at 77.5 cents.
