The judicial manager of Nutryfarm International AZT has applied to extend the validity of its judicial management order by three months to Dec 10. This marks its sixth extension since its first application in March 2023.
Trading of Nutryfarm’s shares has been suspended since April 11, 2022.
In a Sept 11 announcement, the group says a hearing of the sixth extension application took place on Sept 9 in the High Court of Singapore.
The judicial manager adds that an interested party, Luo Li, attended the hearing and addressed the court on queries that she had regarding the judicial management of the group.
The hearing for the sixth application has been adjourned till Oct 21. This means the judicial manager’s term of office has also been extended till then.
Additionally, the court has also ordered Li to file an affidavit setting out her queries to the judicial manager by Sept 23, to which the judicial manager is expected to file a response by Oct 7.
