Kim Heng 5G2

has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kim Heng Marine and Oilfield (KHMO), has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with specialist subcontractor Mansam in relation to offshore wind farm projects and other offshore projects. 

According to Kim Heng, Mansam has proven expertise in the subsea pipelines trenching, cables trenching, subsea and offshore cables installation, flexible and umbilical installation, nearshore pipelines installation and pipelines pre-commissioning services. 

The MOU will remain in force unless terminated by either party by providing three months’ notice to the other party. 

Shares in Kim Heng closed unchanged at 7.9 cents on March 4.
