Nera Telecommunications has secured contracts worth a combined value of $17 million from three major service providers in Southeast Asia, it said in a filing.
The contracts cover a 12-month period from January to December this year, in which the company is responsible for the provision of tech refresh services.
This comprises delivery of IT equipment and peripherals such as computer hardware, software, servers and ancillary equipment, as well as a Managed Services component which involves the day-to-day management, operation and maintenance of the equipment.
The company will also provide 24x7 support services and network performance monitoring via its Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure its customers’ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
The contracts are expected to have a significant positive impact on the performance of the company for the current financial year.
