Catalist-listed Silkroad Nickel announced on April 8, that it had completed the delivery of its first shipment of 7,852 metric tonnes of nickel ore for the month of March under the new offtake agreement with PT Ekasa Yad Resources, a company under the Tsingshan Group.
In the same statement, Silkroad Nickel also revealed that it had upped its production capacity at its mine site since March.

The group announced that it will continue to increase its production capacity from April in order to meet its commitment under the agreement to deliver a minimum of 50,000 metric tonnes of nickel ore per month with an average nickel content grade of 1.70%.
Shares in Silkroad Nickel closed flat at 43 cents on April 8.
