Soilbuild Construction S7P has announced the award of new contracts worth $81 million through its subsidiaries on April 23.
SB Procurement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soilbuild, has been awarded a construction contract for the building of a 5-storey transportation hub in Ubi.
The transportation hub will be built to achieve Green Mark Gold Plus, an eco-sustainable rating for a building under the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Certification Scheme.
In addition, Precast Concrete, another wholly-owned subsidiary, has been awarded a contract for the supply and delivery of precast components, including prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction components to a Housing and Development Board (HDB) project in Tengah.
Both contracts are expected to commence in the third quarter of 2024 and to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
The new contracts bring the group’s order book to approximately $685 million. They are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the group for the FY2024 ending Dec 31.
