Soilbuild Construction Group has been awarded two new contracts with an aggregate contract value of $69.6 million, comprising one construction contract and one precast and prefabrication contract.  

According to an Aug 19 bourse filing, the construction contract of a multiple-user industrial development at Tuas South Avenue is scheduled to be completed by 3Q2025.

The other, a precast and prefabrication contract for the supply and delivery of precast components to a HDB project at Kallang Whampoa, is expected to be completed by 4Q2025.

In June, the group secured a $647.5 million construction contract at Tuas Port. With the addition of the two new contracts, the group’s order book has increased to $1.25 billion.

Shares in Soilbuild closed 0.1 cent higher, or 1.24% up, at 8.2 cents on Aug 19. Its shares are up some 173% year to date.
