Livingstone Health signs MOU with China’s CMEC and CPG Consultants

Livingstone Health Holdings has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with state-owned China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and CPG Consultants to evaluate project collaboration opportunities in integrated healthcare infrastructure in Southeast Asia and South Asia.

In a filing to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on April 13, Livingstone Health states that it intends to provide consultancy services for potential projects. The MOU follows Livingstone Health’s consultancy project in Cambodia in November 2019.

Hong Kong-listed CMEC is a subsidiary of China’s state-owned enterprise, China National Machinery Industry Corporation. The company undertakes large-scale engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, including EPC contracts management, project contracting, project investments and project financing.

CPG Consultants is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPG Corporation, which provides design, project and construction management, and facilities and township management services.

Shares in Livingstone Health closed up 0.1 cents or 0.55% higher at 18.2 cents.
