Silverlake Axis has appointed KMS Solutions as its official go-to-market partner in Vietnam for its launch in the market.

Amazon Web Services will also support Silverlake Axis 5CP

’s expansion as its cloud partner there.

Under the alliance, KMS will primarily focus on the distribution of two key offerings — end-to-end banking platform Mobius and retail banking solution suite Symmetri.

Silverlake Axis deputy CEO and executive director Cassandra Goh says the rapid growth of Vietnam’s fintech sector — fueled by the expanding middle class, tech-savvy population and thriving e-commerce landscape — presents a favourable environment for its digital solutions to seamlessly integrate into the market and expedite the sector growth.

”In pursuit of our goal to support banking, financial services, and insurance entities and increase financial literacy across the region, we have full confidence in KMS as the ally to realise this vision. We look forward to the positive impact we can make on the Vietnamese market,” she adds.

Vietnam is the latest addition to Silverlake Axis’s Southeast Asia expansion plans. Earlier this year, the company also entered a strategic partnership with Safeguards Corp to establish Malaysia’s first Independent ATM Deployer on a cloud solution.
