Fraser and Neave (F&N) has issued $140 million worth of Series 17 notes due 2025.
The SGD-denominated notes come with a coupon of 3% per annum and will be drawn down under the company’s $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The SGX-ST has already given its approval in-principle.
DBS Bank is the dealer for the notes.
The notes will be listed on the SGX-ST on May 10.
Shares in F&N closed flat at $1.36 on May 9.
