ValueMax T6I has launched the fourth series of its 3-month commercial paper (CP) in digital securities under the CP Programme on the SDAX Platform on March 14.
The company expects to raise between $20 million and $50 million from accredited and institutional investors.
The digital securities are priced at 4.95% per annum and will mature three months from the date of issuance.
ValueMax separately launched the tenth series of its 3-month commercial paper (CP) in digital securities under the CP Programme on the ADDX Exchange on the same day, expecting to raise between $10 million and $50 million from accredited and institutional investors.
The digital securities are also priced at 4.95% per annum and will mature three months from the date of issuance.
Shares in ValueMax closed 0.5 cents higher or 1.33% up at 38 cents on March 14.
