ValueMax has launched the seventh series of its three-month commercial paper (CP) on the SDAX Exchange, and the thirteenth series of its three-month CP on the ADDX Exchange. Both CPs were launched in digital securities.
The group expects to raise between $10 million and $50 million for each of the digital securities from accredited and institutional investors.
Both digital securities on the SDAX Exchange and ADDX Exchange are priced at 4.5% per annum and are set to mature three months from the date of issuance.
Shares in ValueMax closed 0.5 cents higher, or up 1.14%, at 44.5 cents on Dec 3.
