SINGAPORE (Apr 23): Hyflux and three of its subsidiaries have applied to the Singapore High Court for its debt moratorium to be extended by another three months.

In its filing at 1.35am on Tuesday, Hyflux says the applications will be heard at the next case management conference on Apr 25, days before the existing moratorium expires on April 30.

If the application is granted, the debt moratorium will be extended to July 30.
