Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary of American investment management company Cohen & Steers, has bought 722,400 units in Digital Core REIT on Nov 4 for US$0.4 million ($0.5 million) or 60.46 US cents apiece. 

The units, which were purchased from the market, brings Cohen & Steers’ stake in the REIT to 8.03% from 7.97% previously.

On Nov 1, Cohen & Steers sold 136,500 units in the REIT for US$84,630 or 62 US cents apiece, bringing its stake then to 7.97% from 8.01%. 

For the 9MFY2024 ended Sept 30, Digital Core REIT reported a distributable income of US$34.5 million, 9.7% higher y-o-y. 

Units in Digital Core REIT closed 0.5 US cents higher, or 0.83% up, at 60.5 US cents on Nov 6.
