Ow Chio Kiat, the executive chairman of Stamford Land H07 Corporation, has acquired 99.700 shares for $36,889, or 37 cents apiece.
Following the transaction, Ow has a total of 683,036,362 shares, or 46.04% of the total number of ordinary shares held.
Additionally, Ow is also deemed to have an interest of 13,785,100 shares held by his spouse, Lim Siew Feng.
Shares in Stamford Land Corporation closed 0.5 cents higher, or up 1.35%, at 37.5 cents on Nov 18.
